What makes our bread different? The care that we
take, from the selection of the ingredients to the
personal attention each loaf receives. The baking
starts with just the essential ingredients, incorporating them gently, and molding each shape by hand. We tend to the maturing loaves regularly,
making sure that they don't over proof, yet reach
their fullest potential. After hours of careful
watching and waiting, they are ready for the
oven.

Our bread has an almost buttery flavor, with a crisp
crust and large open cell structure within; evidence
of the time and effort that is taken in its creation.
